Clients acknowledge and agree that Global Winds acts solely as the client's agent for arranging air transportation, as detailed in any Charter/ADHOC/ACMI agreements. Global Winds does not own or operate any aircraft and is not an air carrier. All air transportation facilitated by Global Winds is performed by duly licensed air carriers who maintain exclusive operational control of their aircraft for all flights arranged under any agreement.
